The foundation we build on
Every Bulgarian online business has the same obligations: invoices, reports, payments. We built them once, properly, and use them where they fit. It is not sold separately and it is not compulsory - it just often saves time and money.
We solved the common part once and for all
Whatever you sell online, the obligations are the same: an invoice for every sale, a monthly report, correct VAT. That is identical work on every client, and there is no sense in paying for it twice.
So we built it once, checked it properly, and have used it ever since wherever a project allows. Your budget goes on what is specific to your business.
What it takes off your hands
The tax report, the summary your accountant gets and the figures on screen all come from one place. So one cannot say one thing while another says something else.
- 01
Invoices
Invoices, proformas, credit and debit notes. The system looks after the numbering, and the grounds for a zero rate are picked from a ready list so they cannot be got wrong.
- 02
Tax paperwork
Every online sale gets the document the law requires. The monthly report is prepared on its own, to the revenue agency's own format.
- 03
Payments
Paypercut and Stripe. The payment and its document travel together, so there is no sale without a document and no document without a sale.
- 04
Moving your old shop
Catalogue, images and variants out of WooCommerce or OpenCart, without taking the live shop down.
- 05
Documents that read well
PDFs in Bulgarian that look right, open anywhere, and are fine to send by email.
Everything for the shop is in one panel
You add products, follow the orders, issue documents and run promotions from the same place. Each person on the team gets access only to the part they work in.

The catalogue and the orders are kept in tables
Products, variants and stock sit in one list that can be searched and filtered. Orders are in another, with the status, the payment and the delivery on every row.
You stop re-typing orders into another program
The customer pays, and the invoice and the document the law requires come out of that same data. The numbers run in sequence, and at the end of the month the tax file is prepared in the required format.
The figures are not added up by hand
Turnover, orders and sales per product are worked out from the same data the shop runs on. Nothing has to be pulled from several places and reconciled afterwards.
The shop is designed for you
How the shop looks and how the products are arranged is decided with you. The catalogue, the search, the cart and the checkout underneath are already built and are not written again for every shop.
Indicative schematics. The panels themselves are built around what the shop needs.
The catalogue moves across automatically
The expensive part of changing shop is not the build, it is the move. So we made tools that bring the catalogue, the images and the variants out of WooCommerce or OpenCart automatically, while the old shop keeps running.
