The goal of the project was to build a web application that would significantly expand Go Valet's customer base, providing easy access to the company's services. The project covered both building and optimizing the web application, including SEO optimization.

Design and Layout
When developing the design, we tried to make it extremely simple and easy to navigate, while at the same time being fully functional. The goal was to eliminate any actions that would be obstacles to using the application, and the process when making a reservation for a service to be as smooth and trouble-free as possible.
Reservation and payment
For the customer's maximum convenience, when making a transfer reservation, the application automatically calculates the distances and charges the corresponding fee. Integration with Stripe enables fast and hassle-free card payments, regardless of the selected service.
Convenient booking forms
We have developed the reservation forms so that they are as accurate and clear as possible and filled out as quickly and easily as possible, collecting only the minimum necessary information to perform the specified service. It was important that reservations happen extremely quickly and smoothly, with aim not to lose potential customers.

Technical Aspects
Development
We built an application architecture with two parts, frontend and backend. The purpose of this separation of logic from interface was to easily develop further interfaces in the form of mobile applications and resource sharing with client partners.
The platform interface is built in the form of SvelteKit application, while the server responsible for the logic is written in the form of NodeJS application.
Advertising and Online Marketing
Quality advertising was a key factor in the app's success.
With this in mind, we put particular emphasis on the tracking of user actions carried out in the application and their correct transmission to Google Analytics and Facebook, with the aim of optimal performance of future advertising campaigns.
Payments
For payments made through the platform, we used Stripe, because of its easy integration with the other technologies we used, as well as the easy revenue accounting.
